FAQ:

1) How to clone ?

Before Clone
HDD1 is the Original HDD
HDD2 is the Clone HDD

Importance:
HDD2 should be larger than HDD1 or equal  HDD1.
The Drive should not  be RAID(Redundant Array of Independent Disks) .

When Cloning, do not plug the data cable into USB3.0 or eSATA port.

Clone Step by Step:
a) install your drivers HDD1,  HDD2
b) turn on power of your unite
c) switch the button on the back to "Clone" mode
d) double click the "start" button
    You will hear 3 short "beep" sound.
    The clone is start,  and the got revolving red LEDs, that means it start cloning now.
    when the clone is done,  the light of 25%,50%,75%,100% will all light up,
    and you will hear another 3 short "beep" sound.

It may take a quite a while to wait till the clone finish, depend on the capacity of your HDD.

2) Two same capacity drives, but can not start Clone

If two driver are some capacity but different brands, the clone may can not start to process.
Different manufacturer may use different capacity caculation method,  so maybe they actually not equal with each other.
